Description :About Loyalytics :Loyalytics is a fast-growing Analytics consulting and product organization based out of Bangalore.We work with large retail clients across the globe helping them monetize their data assets through our consulting assignments and product accelerators.We are a young dynamic team of 100+ analytics practitioners working on some of the most cutting-edge tools and technologies.Who We Are :Technical team : A team full of data scientists, data engineers and business analysts who work with 1M+ data points every day.Market Size : Massive multi-billion $ global market opportunity.Leadership : Combined experience of 40+ years of experience in the industry.Customers : Word-of-mouth and referral driven marketing to acquire customers like big retail brands in GCC regions like Lulu, GMG, among others (Strong product-market fit).What makes us stand apart : 9 years old bootstrapped and 100+ people company that is still hiring.About The Job :We are looking for a business intelligence (BI) developer who will be working on designing various analytical reports on company data and delivering them to top management and other interested parties.As a BI developer, you will be working with business users, collecting their requests, and then creating BI reports to accommodate business needs.BI developers will be expected to establish company standards and common reporting terminology, and to help align existing and future reporting requests to such standards.You will also be interacting with data engineers whenever data schemas need redesigning to accommodate new reporting requirements.Requirements :- Strong SQL knowledge and experience is a must.- Pyspark experience will be added advantage.- Proficient in Excel and PPT.- Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop.- Connecting to data sources, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence.- Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.- Proficient in making DAX queries in Power BI.- Able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards.- Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements.- Able to comprehend the business requirements and develop data models accordingly by taking care of the resources.- Should have knowledge and skills for secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure Databricks, SQL data warehouse etc.- Understanding how to integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics like Power BI service (SaaS), or by API automation would be a plus.- Experience in developing custom visuals for Power BI would be a plus.- Strong analytical & problem-solving skill.- Strong verbal and business communication skill.Note : This will be a work from office requirement.
