You will be the key link between our client and internal teams, driving process improvements and ensuring excellence in billing, collections, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for daily client communication.Bridge gaps between departments to streamline billing & collections.Develop & implement strategies to optimize practice workflows.Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Ideal Candidate:Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in the healthcare industry.Mandatory 2+ years of direct client communication experience.Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM, collections, and compliance.Proven track record in process improvement and achieving results.Excellent leadership and collaborative skills.Ready to elevate your career?
