Were looking for an AI Engineer to join our growing Conversational Text AI team, developing enterprise-grade, intelligent, and self-learning AI platforms.Youll be part of a high-impact team working on LLMs, AI Agents, and automation frameworks, collaborating closely with product owners, data scientists, and engineers to push the limits of AI-driven conversations.What Youll Do :- Build and maintain Conversational Text AI systems using cutting-edge LLM frameworks.- Develop APIs, reusable components, and UI interfaces for scalable AI platforms.- Work on prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and LLM-based integrations.- Optimize models for speed, accuracy, and low-latency performance across environments.- Implement self-learning systems that adapt intelligently without full retraining.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate with enterprise data platforms.- Contribute to CI/CD automation, ensuring operational stability and high availability.What Were Looking For :- 4- 8 years of experience in AI/ML and software development.- Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.- Hands-on experience with Redis, Postgres, Azure COSMOS, CI/CD, DevOps.- Knowledge of LangChain / LangGraph, Vector Embeddings, and Speech AI.- Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for automation or reasoning.- Deep understanding of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and model optimization.- Exposure to Azure, Google Cloud, or Salesforce AI ecosystems is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
