Job Opportunity: Senior Specialist - FP&A(Cost)Location: - GurugramExperience: 5–8 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesMajor Focus Areas:Cost | Revenue | P&L | Forecasting | Variance Analysis | Month-End Closing | Power BI- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP, specifically related to revenue and cost accounting. - Perform month-end close activities, including accruals and revenue/expense reclassifications. - Prepare detailed financial reports and graphical dashboards to support leadership insights and decisions. - Collaborate with regional stakeholders to analyze key changes and required adjustments. - Support Business Partners and Profitability teams by reviewing cost and revenue trends and identifying spend variances against plan. - Deliver weekly and monthly financial reporting for senior management. - Provide accurate financial forecasts based on business trends and accounting principles. - Identify and implement process improvements within the FP&A function. - Utilize tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other analytical software for enhanced financial analysis.Experience & Skills Required- 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, analysis, or related functions. - Experience in a corporate finance environment is preferred. - Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (complex formulas, dashboards, automation). - Ability to create and present comprehensive financial reports and charts. - Power BI experience is a strong plus.Education- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required. - MBA / Advanced Degree in Finance preferred. - Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are an added advantage.How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply directly via LinkedIn or share their CV at pranshu@mounttalent.com
