Collaboration & Workplace Solution Specialist

The Collaboration & Workplace Solution Specialist is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of innovative, cost-effective, and customer-centric solutions within their functional or technical domain, in alignment with company's new DTX operating model. This role involves working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the solutions designed and implemented meet company's business needs and strategic objectives.
Job Description :
1. Support the design and implementation of Collaboration & Workplace infrastructure solutions in line with DTX quality standards, best practices, and methodologies.
2. Contribute to the full lifecycle of Collaboration & Workplace infrastructure solutions, from ideation to implementation, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Take on the role of infrastructure coordinator, actively overseeing the work of infrastructure solution specialists to ensure the detailed and successful completion of low-level designs.
4. Manage project activities by allocating resources, providing status updates on infrastructure projects, and delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure clarity and accountability within the project's scope.
5. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, clients, vendors, and partners.
7. Collaborate closely with peers from other solution design domains to ensure the seamless design and delivery of end-to-end solutions.
8. Identify issues and dependencies related to solution design and implementation, and take prompt action to resolve them.
9. Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in solution design and implementation to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Knowledge & Skills :
1. Proven track record of working in the designing of complex and innovative solutions that meet business needs and strategic objectives.
2. Knowledge and experience in applying technology service management, agile, lean, and DevOps principles and practices for solution design and implementation.
3. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with culturally diverse audiences and stakeholders.
4. Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented, with a passion for innovation and customer-centricity.
5. Strong and broad knowledge in actual IT (and preferably OT) technologies with a focus on :
- Microsoft Azure Cloud Services
- M365 Services (Office 365, Teams, etc)
- Identity Management Solutions such as Entra-ID/Directory Services
- PAM/PIM Services
- PKI Services
- Endpoint Management (Intune, ConfigMgr)
- Endpoint Security Solutions
- Software Distribution and Patch Management
Other Skills :
1. Able to travel when needed.
2. Certification in M365 Services such as Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
3. Fluent in business English
4. ITIL v3/4 Foundation Certification
5. Project Management Certification
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience :
- At least 3 years of experience in solutions design and implementation, preferably in a digital transformation context.
