We’re Hiring: Network Engineer – Firewall Implementation (Level 2) - Pune (MH) Join ourManaged Security Services (MSS) Teamand play a key role in implementing, managing, and maintaining client firewalls and switches. This dual-role opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about network security, firewall management, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: Deploy, configure, and support client firewalls and network infrastructure Monitor, triage, and respond to firewall and VPN-related incidents Collaborate with Network Engineers and SOC teams for effective resolution Mentor SOC team members on network and firewall operations Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and incident use cases Provide remote support for client firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity issues Participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call support as required You’ll also: Stay current with technical forums, tools, and best practices Contribute to continuous improvement of SOC processes and scalability Experience: Minimum 10 + yearsof hands-on experience infirewall management, networking, and security technologies Technical Skills: Strong knowledge ofFortinetorCiscofirewalls Experience administeringDNS, DHCP, NTP , and other core network services Proven ability toanalyze, triage, and resolvenetwork and firewall-related incidents Solidtroubleshootingexperience in technical environments Excellentanalytical ,problem-solving , andcommunicationskills Commitment to providingsuperior customer service Preferred Certifications: (Any of the following or equivalent) CCENT, CCNA, NSE4+ , orPCNSE Certifications fromCisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, CompTIA Network+ , orSecurity+If you’re a proactive network professional who enjoys hands-on technical work and mentoring others, we’d love to connect
