Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and talented Digital Content Creator to join our dynamic team at Careerpedia, an innovative ed-tech company focused on providing high-quality technical courses to learners. As a Digital Content Creator, you will play a vital role in producing engaging digital content, including banner ads, images, video ads, and video testimonials, tailored to highlight our course offerings. Your work will be instrumental in capturing the attention of our target audience across various online channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality banner ads, images, and video content that align with the brand’s voice and appeal to the target audience.
  • Develop engaging video ads and promotional content for social media, YouTube, and other online platforms.
  • Create compelling video testimonials featuring students, instructors, or industry experts that build credibility and showcase course success stories.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand the company’s course offerings and objectives, translating these into impactful digital assets.
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content strategies, optimizing content for maximum engagement and conversion.
  • Optimize visuals and videos for specific platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, , YouTube) to ensure each piece resonates with its intended audience.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital content, following style guidelines and ensuring high-quality production standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in the ed-tech or tech industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
