Position: Assistant Psychologist

Base Location: Pune

Probation Period: 6 Months

Educational Qualification: Masters in Psychology (I/O Psychology preferred)

Requirements:

● Education: Master’s degree in Psychology (Above 70%)

(Industrial-Organizational/Counseling/Clinical)

● Keen interest in Psychological Research.

● Educational Cutoff: 70% - 10th and 12th (Mathematics in class 12th preferable)

● Experience: Fresher

● Knowledge of Psychological Concepts

● Knowledge of Psychometrics

● Knowledge of Psychological Research

● Knowledge of Industry Trends (Preferable)

● Knowledge of Statistical Analysis Procedures

● Software knowledge: MS Office, SPSS

● Understanding of Market Trends (Preferable)

● English Language Proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

● Psychometric Research: Undertake Primary and Secondary Research for developing new

Constructs and Psychometric Tools as per the requirement.

● Item Writing: Writing items for the development of constructs and tools as per the

requirements.

● Data Collection and Analysis: Obtaining data from different sources and conducting data

analysis to establish the Reliability and Validity of the developed Psychometric Tools.

● Content Development: Researching and Developing the content for Training and

Development Programs for Internal and External purposes.

● Client Communication: Responsible for Client Communication, Requirement

Gathering and Account Management for clients.

● Conducting Need Analysis: Responsible for being the Subject Matter Expert for customizing the

Assessment Frameworks based on the client requirements.

● Market Research: Conducting Market Research to stay updated and understand the

Psychometric Market Trends.

About the Job:

● Mode of Work – On-site
