About the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Analyst with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can lead complex data analysis projects from inception to completion, providing actionable insights that drive business strategy and performance. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical rigor, and strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and execute end-to-end data analysis projects, from defining business questions and identifying data sources to developing methodologies and presenting final results.- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, predict outcomes, and uncover opportunities for business growth and optimization.- Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Product, Marketing, Finance) to understand their analytical needs and provide data-driven recommendations.- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes using SQL to ensure data accuracy and availability.- Build and deploy predictive models and perform ad-hoc analyses using programming languages such as Python or R.- Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts on best practices, data integrity, and analytical techniques.- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and business :Required :- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.- 5-6 years of professional experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or similar role.- Proven expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.- Strong proficiency in at least one statistical programming language (Python or R) for data analysis and modeling.- Advanced skills in a leading business intelligence tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and data modeling concepts.- Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly and concisely.Preferred :- Master's degree in a relevant field.- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehousing solutions.- Experience in building and deploying machine learning models.- Certification in data analytics or relevant technologies.
