The specialist will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing revenue management activities at Amrit Bhawan in Haridwar.Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in English - verbal and written Sales and Sales Management skills Ability to work effectively in a hospitality environment with a 'guest first ' approach Strong interpersonal skills Previous experience in hotel/resort sales and reservations is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plusSalary Rs. 20,000-25,000 per month, based on qualifications and interview.
