Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Sales Manager at Tulsi Studio in Thane. The Store Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales operations, managing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing sales data, and developing sales strategies to meet targets. The Store Sales Manager will also be responsible for visual merchandising and inventory management. Sales Managers should know how to achieve sales targets and have achieved in the past and can work on targets and under target pressure


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales and management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and designer lines
  • Experience in visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 8 to 10 years of Experience as Store Manager.
  • Worked on Targets and achieved them.
  • Should Know how to work under pressure.
