Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Automation Tester based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Automation Tester will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for software applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables. The individual will also perform manual testing as required, document and maintain test cases, and validate APIs through testing. Create and executeautomated test scriptsfor functional, regression, and integration testing. Buildcustom utilities and toolsto support testing and development workflows. Identify and resolve coding issues quickly to ensure smooth and timely test execution. Optimize automation execution forfaster release cyclesand continuous delivery. Work withDockercontainers to manage test environments and simulate production-like setups. UseLinux commandsfor log analysis, environment configuration, and troubleshooting. Integrate test automation withCI/CD pipelinesusingJenkinsandGit . Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Participate inAgile ceremonies : Daily Stand-ups : Share automation progress and blockers. Sprint Planning : Estimate automation efforts and align with sprint goals. Backlog Grooming : Ensure stories are testable and automation-ready. Sprint Reviews : Showcase automation coverage and results. Retrospectives : Suggest improvements for automation processes and team collaboration. Maintain clear documentation of automation frameworks, utilities, and test results. Stay updated with emerging tools and technologies in test automation and DevOps.Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong programming skills inCore JavaandPython .
