Experince required:5+ years of experience Location:Hyderabad Mode of Work:Work from OfficeAbout the Role This role is ideal for someone withhands-on consulting experiencein Business Central who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges with technology.Client Consulting & Solution Design Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and goals Translate business requirements into tailored Business Central solutions Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architectureImplementation & Delivery Manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client objectives Provide post-implementation consulting and optimization servicesPre-Sales & Advisory Support pre-sales efforts by participating in demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central capabilitiesCollaboration & Support Work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on Business Central functionalityQualifications 5+ years of consulting experiencewith Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including full-cycle implementations Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions Strong understanding of Business Central modules such asFinance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagementsKey Responsibilities Reporting to theConsulting Manager , this is aclient-facing consulting rolefocused on delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your deep product knowledge and consulting experience to guide them through discovery, design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
