No Code Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a No Code Specialist with expertise in creating interactive and engaging click-through demos that showcase the functionality and value of Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced product demo tools to craft immersive experiences tailored to diverse audiences, including decision-makers, technical teams, and learners. This role requires strong technical acumen, creativity, and attention to detail to effectively translate complex features into intuitive demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, interactive click-through product demos using tools such as Storylane, Navattic, Demoboost, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and marketing teams to understand key functionalities and target audiences for demo content.
• Create intuitive user flows and storylines that effectively communicate product benefits and solve customer pain points.
• Ensure demos are visually appealing, technically accurate, and aligned with branding standards.
• Maintain and update existing demos to reflect product updates or new feature releases.
• Optimize demos for usability, engagement, and conversion, incorporating user feedback and analytics.
• Test demos to ensure compatibility across platforms, devices, and browsers.
• Provide internal training on demo usage and customization for various teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building interactive product demos using tools like Storylane, Navattic, Demoboost, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365) and AI solutions.
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and user experience (UX).
• Ability to translate technical product features into compelling, customer-focused narratives.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies for demo customization.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with other demo tools, such as Walnut, Reprise, or Demostack.
• Experience in a SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology environment.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Background in marketing or technical pre-sales is a plus.
