Sales Operations Specialist

Riviera is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Business Operations team. In this role, you will support a wide range of operational processes that ensure our business runs efficiently and our teams are equipped for success. You’ll work heavily inside Salesforce, support audit and reporting workflows, and assist with special projects when needed. We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and delivers exceptional client service. The ideal candidate brings a sense of urgency, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to balance speed with precision.Responsibilities : Execute recurring business operational processes in alignment with established SLAs Perform periodic audits across systems, data, and internal processes; identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions Process updates and changes across various operational workflows (records, opportunities, account data, internal trackers, etc.) Manage and update Salesforce data across records Build, refine, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards Support troubleshooting and assist users with Salesforce best practices Perform online research to verify and validate data Transcribe meeting notes, email summaries, and action items for ongoing projects and initiatives. Maintain organized documentation across systems, folders, trackers, and shared materials to ensure cross-team accessibility and accuracy Contribute to ad-hoc operational projects that increase team efficiency and improve internal workflows Support internal initiatives and process improvements as needed Serve as support partner to the Salesforce Administrator, helping manage data quality, user requests, and system improvementsYou bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Demonstrated ability to organize, use sound judgment, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities High accuracy and extreme attention to detail Strong research, analytical, and written communication skills High fluency with Salesforce (daily user) and Excel Ability to learn new systems quickly and maintain working knowledge of all company platformsYou will stand out if you have: Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification(s) Experience working in a professional services environment or a high-growth, process-driven organization Experience supporting cross-functional operational initiativesLearn more about the culture at Riviera, meet our team, and connect with us through our social channels below.
