Open Position: Manager - Performance Marketing & GrowthLocation: Bangalore Type: 3 to 6Role Overview :Were looking for a well-rounded Performance Marketing & Growth Manager to lead BytePes digital presence and customer growth engine. This is a high-impact role that blends performance marketing, SEO, social media, lifecycle marketing, and product-led growth strategies.Youll be responsible for managing the full customer funnel from awareness to acquisition to retention and scaling growth across channels in collaboration with content, design, tech, and product teams.Key Responsibilities Strategy & Funnel Ownership- Own BytePes digital growth funnel end-to-end- Design integrated marketing strategies across performance, SEO, social, CRM, and partnerships- Run experiments to optimize CAC, LTV, activation rates, and referral loopsPerformance & Paid Marketing :- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google, Meta (FB/IG), YouTube, etc.- A/B test creatives, messaging, landing pages, and offers to maximize conversion- Track media efficiency metrics like ROAS, CAC etc.SEO & Web/App Experience :- Build and execute an SEO strategy to grow organic traffic across priority pages- Optimize website structure, content, and UX to improve conversions and discoverabilitySocial Media & Content Amplification :- Manage BytePes social presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter- Plan and distribute content in sync with brand goals, launches, and trends- Work with internal creators and influencers to grow reach and engagementIdeal Candidate :- 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or full-funnel marketing (D2C, fintech, or subscription preferred)- Strong track record of scaling digital products using performance and organic channels- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and analytics platforms- Creative thinker with an analytical mindset obsessed with metrics and user insightsWhy Join BytePe?- Shape the growth engine of a disruptive consumer-tech brand- Freedom to experiment and move fast your ideas can go live today- Competitive pay + performance-based incentives (ref:iimjobs.com)
