CompTIA Security+ Trainer

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable CompTIA Security+ Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security, a passion for teaching, and the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to students. This role involves delivering engaging and comprehensive training sessions to prepare students for the CompTIA Security+ certification exam.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver CompTIA Security+ training courses to students, online.

- Create engaging and effective lesson plans and presentations.

- Assess students’ progress through quizzes, tests, and practical exercises.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and CompTIA Security+ exam changes.

- Customize training materials to meet the diverse needs of students.

Qualifications:

- CompTIA Security+ certification (current). (Mandatory)

- CompTIA CTT+ (Mandatory)

• Minimum 5years experience in GRC

- Additional IT certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, Network+) is preferred.

- Proven experience teaching or training in IT security or a related field.

- In-depth knowledge of the CompTIA Security+ exam objectives and topics, including:

- Threats, attacks, and vulnerabilities

- Technologies and tools

- Architecture and design

- Identity and access management

- Risk management

- Cryptography and PKI

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Experience with online teaching platforms and tools.

- Previous experience in curriculum development.

- Having created a similar course for a platform like Udemy or Skillshare is a plus point.
