Location Chennai – Hybrid (2–3 days office/week) Experience 3 - 15 Years Joining Immediate joinersKey Responsibilities Build & optimize data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model training pipelines Work with LLMs, Transformers, Embeddings & Vector Search Perform PEFT, LoRA, Prompt Tuning for fine-tuning models Conduct EDA & model evaluation (Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1) Integrate trained models into backend APIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment & monitoring Research and implement the latest GenAI, NLP & LLM techniquesRequired Skills Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn PyTorch / TensorFlow Hugging Face, Transformers, LLMs LangChain / OpenAI / Cohere / Anthropic APIs Text embeddings, semantic search, vector DBs (FAISS / Pinecone / Milvus) Experience with AWS S3 / SageMaker (preferred) RAG pipelines, Chatbots, Conversational AI MLOps, CI/CD for ML models
