Job Description :


- Experience with 3-8 years of relevant experience in SAP along with strong Purchase/ Store domain in any of the industries like FMCG, Retail, Trading, Automobile, Retail, Pharma, Cement, Textiles.

- Must have at 3 full lifecycle SAP R/3 and 3 S/4 HANA Implement Experience. with 6-8 yrs of MM,WM experience.

- Experience in Hana Migration Project will be additional Advantage.

- Strong experience in Master data, Purchasing, Inventory, Account determination, invoice verification, batch management and special stocks is Mandatory.

- Resource will design test scripts, test cases and execute testing of data migration processes for SAP MM.

- Good Knowledge on configurations of Purchasing, Pricing procedure, Inventory management, account determination and invoice verification.

- Knowledge is required in Material master and vendor master functionalities, data base tables and relationship between the tables.

- Strong knowledge on cutover data activities and data uploading methods.

- Strong experience in Master data, Put away and stock removal Strategies. Goods Receipts with inbound delivery process and without inbound delivery.

- Strong Experience on Post Change Notice, Goods issues internal and Outbound, Physical Inventory.

- Knowledge on Mobile data entry, Warehouse Monitor, Storage Units, 2 step Picking, Cross Docking, Bar code, Label Print.

- Knowledge on Yard Management, Hazardous Materials, and value added services.

- Resource will design test scripts, test cases and execute testing of data migration processes for SAP WM.

- Knowledge is required in Material master and warehouse master functionalities, data base tables and relationship between the tables.

- Indian localization must have exposure

Commodity Management :

- Implementation and Configuration : Implement SAP Commodity Management solutions according to business requirements. Configure the system to support commodity trading, procurement, and risk management processes.

- System Maintenance : Monitor and maintain SAP systems related to commodity management. Ensure uptime, performance optimization, and system stability.

- Integration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Commodity Management with other enterprise systems such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party applications.

- User Support and Training : Provide support to end-users in using SAP Commodity Management applications. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective utilization of the system.

- Risk Management : Develop and implement risk management strategies within SAP Commodity Management. Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and regulatory changes affecting commodity trading.

- Reporting and Analytics : Design and generate reports and analytics using SAP tools (like SAP Analytics Cloud) to provide insights into commodity positions, market trends, and performance metrics.

- Compliance and Security : Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., Dodd-Frank, EMIR) and internal security policies related to commodity trading and data management.

- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements. Propose and implement solutions to streamline commodity management workflows.
