Job Summary :

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to analyze and improve business processes. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the development and implementation of solutions that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Requirements Gathering : Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

- Process Analysis : Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Data Analysis : Perform data analysis to support business decision-making, identifying trends, insights, and business opportunities.

- Business Solutions : Collaborate with IT, project managers, and business teams to develop and implement efficient business solutions.

- Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between the business units and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.

- Documentation : Prepare business cases, functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and other necessary documentation.

- Testing and Validation : Assist in system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and validating that business solutions meet requirements.

- Project Support : Support project management activities, including project tracking, risk management, and progress reporting.

- Market Research : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic business decisions.

Required Skills :

- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze and interpret data and business processes to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

- Problem Solving : Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Documentation : Proficient in documenting requirements, processes, and system specifications.

- Collaboration : Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Tools : Hands-on experience with business analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Jira, Tableau, Power BI).

- Technical Knowledge : Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management principles.

- Time Management : Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or related fields.

- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

- Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.

- Familiarity with CRM, ERP systems, or other business management software is preferred.

- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile is a plus.
