Human Resources Intern

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts. In this role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for top talent across various roles. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, learn industry best practices, and develop essential skills in HR and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Outreach: Use platforms like , job boards, and social media to identify and reach out to potential candidates.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Assist in initial resume reviews and phone screenings to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Help maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing updates and addressing queries to ensure a great candidate experience.
- ATS Management: Update and maintain candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Data & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate response rates) and assist in compiling weekly or monthly reports.
- Employer Branding: Support efforts to build the company’s brand through social media posts, recruitment campaigns, and outreach activities.
Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with , job boards, and basic proficiency in using MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, team-oriented, and able to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Experience: Any experience (including internships) in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is a plus.
- Familiarity with ATS: Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) is a bonus but not required.
