Education Preferred - Post Graduate Electronics/Electricals Engineering (M. Tech./M.E.) with specialisation in Design Engg

Essential – Graduate (B.Tech./B.E.) in Electronics/Electrical Engineering

Relevant Experience: 12+ years’ experience in the domain of Electrical / Electronics engineering in Design/Supplier Quality

Understanding of DFMEA (AIAG & AIAG VDA, FMEA-MSR) process

Understanding of E&E automotive design and development

Experience of handling project, warranty complaints,

Experience in implementing problem solving tools

Ability to lead CFTs; Influence & liaise with design CoCs, test agencies, vehicle integration teams.

Experience of providing technical trainings to qualified & experienced teams.

Knowledge of PLM (TCE & TCUA).

Skills & Competencies


  • Electrical/Electronics (with Automotive background) - Design, Development and Regulations for Passenger Car / electric vehicle / Commercial Truck / Bus Application
  • Automotive Electricals, Root cause analysis, FUSA, MBSE, Software development/testing process, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), ASPICE
  • E&E Design, Development & Validation process
  • Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Quality Management Systems, FTA, knowledge of E&E Automotive standards including regulatory.
  • Use of Digital Platforms
  • Imparting Training to engineers
