The Cobol Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining COBOL programs and systems. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing system requirements, writing and testing code, debugging programs, and working with different teams. The developer will collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality software development and systems analysis. Qualifications Experience of 4 years or more in Cobol Development Strong programming skills, particularly in COBOLExperience with IBM iSeries or AS400 systemsProficiency in systems analysisExcellent software development skillsStrong analytical skillsAbility to work on-site in Mysore or Bangalore Excellent problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExcellent Communication SkillsImmediate joiners preferred
