Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our fast-paced startup. This role is exclusively for candidates with experience in IT services and consulting sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, with a strong ability to generate leads from scratch and build robust sales pipelines. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a startup environment and can effectively navigate complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and email marketing.
- Sales Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities specifically within the IT services sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and post-sale.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations highlighting the value of our IT solutions and services.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized proposals that exceed client expectations.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for sales contracts.
- Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate revenue forecasts and track progress against sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT services and consulting sales (applications from other industries will not be considered).
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a startup or dynamic business environment.
- Strong understanding of the IT services industry and current trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
