Join us in building the future of business engagement.About the Role:We’re looking for aRevenue Operations Executivewho is confident, process-oriented, and ready to own theaccounts receivable and revenue integrityprocess. You’ll play a key role in ensuringtimely collections , minimizingrevenue leakage , and maintaining strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Be thecustomer-facing point of contactfor all invoice and payment-related communications. Manage theaccounts receivable process , ensuring timely follow-ups and payment collections. Identify and plugrevenue leakage , ensuring complete and accurate billing. Maintain clear documentation of all customer communications, commitments, and collections. Ensure compliance withIndian taxation regulations(GST, TDS, etc.) in invoicing and collections. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal) to resolve disputes and delays. Generate and share regular reports on receivables, overdue accounts, and DSO.Requirements: 2–4 years of experiencein Revenue Operations, Accounts Receivable, or Collections. Excellentcommunication skillswith the ability to handle client-facing roles confidently. Solid understanding ofaccounts receivable processesandIndian taxation (GST, TDS, etc.) . Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset. Experience with accounting tools likeTally, Zoho Books, or SAPis a plus. Proficiency inExceland structured reporting.Good to Have: Experience in SaaS, agencies, or B2B businesses.
