We workwith multiple design and sales teams, in-house operations, and third-party teams todeliver world-class residential interiors.Role: City Controller and Revenue LeadDepartment: FinanceLocation: Mumbai, Kolkata ,PuneWork Mode: 6 days from office (weekly off on Monday)Key Responsibilities City Revenue Leadership: Own and drive revenue realisation for all residentialinterior projects in your city. Set monthly revenue targets, drive achievement,and ensure all projects are financially optimised to meet business andprofitability goals. City Controller Duties: Act as the city-level finance leader, working closely withthe City CEO on OPEX and CAPEX management, project margins, costanalysis, and city-wide P&L control. Business Partnering: Approve and support all city-level business initiativesand support activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and financialdiscipline. Strategic Growth Mindset: Continuously identify and drive initiatives tomaximise city revenue, gross margins, and EBITDA. Actively contributeactionable insights and plans for sustainable city business growth. Project Tracking & Performance Monitoring: Oversee the progress of allinterior projects (modular, civil, carpentry, etc.), identifying bottlenecks, drivingtimely completion, and ensuring resource efficiency. Cross-functional Coordination: Analyse data and work closely with sales,design, operations, and category/function heads to resolve delays, improveproject velocity, and deliver a superior customer experience. Project Closure & Escalation: Escalate, recommend, and implement coursecorrections for non-proceeding or stalled projects; ensure transparentcustomer communication and timely project off boarding. Financial Governance: Govern project and vendor payments, incentives toteams, and capex approvals strictly as per project progress and companypolicy, including site validations where required. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily/weekly dashboards and reports formanagement, tracking project status (WIP, completed, delayed, cancelled),reasons for deviation, expenses, and planned vs. actual closures. Asset & Capex Management: Partner with Facility and Retail Infra Head foreffective asset tracking and capex optimisation across the city. Finance Support for Sales & Operations: Be the go-to expert for all billing,collection, vendor payment, customer invoicing, and taxation queries. Supportseamless accounting, book closure, and order fulfilment for the city. Process Vigilance: Ensure project validation, quality checks, and robustprocess control, minimising risks and escalations.Requirements MBA / CA / ICWA (Must) 2–4 years of experience in credit control, revenue accounting, payable s, andtaxation, preferably with exposure to city-level financial operations Track record in high-volume, fast-paced operations, and cross-functionalleadership Advanced MS Excel skills; proficiency in SQL/data analytics preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to enforceaccountability city-wide Detail-oriented and assertive in enforcing policies and processes Prior experience in project margin analysis, capex/opex review, and direct cityor business leadership is desirableWhy Join Us?Lead the financial transformation of your city at India’s fastest-growing interior designbrand.
