This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their backend development skills while also gaining exposure to how product decisions are made.You'll work closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to build integrations, debug live issues, read API docs, and contribute to our system infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesWrite clean, efficient Java code and build scalable backend componentsRead and understand external API documentation to help build new integrationsDebug production issues by analyzing logs and participating in on-call rotations.Test and validate APIs using Postman or similar toolsParticipate in on-call debugging sessions with customers to resolve real-time issuesCollaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into technical tasksTake part in technical analysis, design discussions, and roadmap planningBuild and maintain robust APIs to support integrationsContribute to automated testing and CI/CD practicesRequired skills and qualifications1-2 years of backend development experience in JavaComfortable reading and interpreting API documentationHands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworksStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBasic understanding of product thinking or interest in pursuing product management in the futureFamiliarity with tools like Postman, log analyzers, and version control systems (Git)Good communication skills and willingness to work cross-functionallyWhy Join Us?Work with a fast-growing, impact-driven teamFull ownership of your work with mentorship from senior engineers and product leadersLearn both the engineering and product side of how great SaaS platforms are built
