Job Description :We are looking for an experienced SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, support, and enhancement projects within the SAP RE-FX module and good integration knowledge with FI/COKey Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end implementation and support activities for SAP RE-FX.- Configure and customize RE-FX functionalities including lease contracts, real estate objects, valuations, and postings.- Work closely with finance teams to ensure seamless integration with FI/CO.- Perform requirement gathering, functional documentation, testing, and user training.- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to RE-FX.- Collaborate with business users and technical teams for change requests and enhancements.- Support period-end and year-end closing activities related to real estate management.Required Skills & Experience :- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP RE-FX module.- Strong knowledge of contract management, real estate master data, valuation, and accounting processes.- Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation.- Good understanding of integration with FI/CO, AA, and PM modules.- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines.Good to Have :- Exposure to S/4HANA environment.- Experience in migration projects or data conversion for RE-FX.- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to Real Estate Management.
