Job Title: SAP RE-FX ConsultantRole Overview As an SAP RE-FX Consultant, you will be responsible for theimplementation, configuration, and supportof SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) solutions. You will work closely with clients to align SAP functionalities with business processes, especially in lease accounting and property management.️ Key Responsibilities Leadend-to-end implementationof SAP RE-FX/REM solutions. Configure RE-FX forlease-in/lease-out contracts ,IFRS 16/ASC 842compliance, andfinancial integration . Conductrequirement gathering workshops , process mapping, and gap analysis. Integrate RE-FX withSAP FI, CO, FI-AA , and other modules. Managereal estate master data , rental objects, and contract workflows. Supportdata migrationfrom legacy systems (e.g., NAKISA) to SAP RE-FX. Developcustom reports and dashboardsusing SAP Analytics Cloud or BW/BI. Provideuser training , documentation, and post-Go-Live support.Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5+ years of hands-on experience inSAP RE-FXconfiguration and support. Strong understanding oflease accounting standards(IFRS 16, ASC 842). Experience withSAP S/4HANA ,FI-CO , andFI-AAmodules. Knowledge ofreal estate lifecycle management , billing, and depreciation. Proficiency inSAP Fiori ,BW/BI , andAnalytics Cloud . Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Engineering, or related field.Preferred Skills SAP Certification in RE-FX or related modules. Experience withdocument management systems(e.g., OpenText). Familiarity withGIS tools ,TRIRIGA , orreal estate analytics . Exposure tocutover planning ,UAT , anddata validation .
