Job Description :


Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong front-end and back-end skills to join our Workplace Automation team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions for global real estate clients, driving efficiency and innovation through our platform.

As a key member of the team, you'll design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js, collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams, and optimize applications for speed and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain web applications using React.js and Node.js.

- Ensure scalability, security, and high performance.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Integrate AWS services like Lambda, Athena, and S3.

- Work closely with product managers and backend engineers to clarify requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

- Actively participate in Scrum to ensure on-time project completion.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure seamless cross-device and cross-browser functionality.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies to improve current solutions.

- Identify areas for process and performance improvements, contributing to the ongoing development of the platform.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Experience building analytics dashboards using ChartJS or similar frameworks.

- Proficiency with Node.js and MySQL/SQL for database management and server-side development.

- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Experience with AWS services like Lambda, Athena, and S3.

- Familiarity with Git/AWS Code


- Commit for version control.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with JIRA and Scrum processes.

Bonus Skills (Good-to-Have) :

- Experience with IoT and AWS cloud architecture.

- Familiarity with TypeScript and additional AWS tools.

- Systematic thinker with a logical approach to breaking down problems into achievable steps.

- Maintain high standards of data quality and documentation, ensuring precision in every aspect of development.

- Take full responsibility for your projects from inception to production, including post-launch support.
