Inside Sales Executive (For North America market) Kochi, India Fulltime.We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivatedInside Sales Executiveto lead our sales efforts for theNorth American market . Based in ourKochi, Indiaoffice, this full-time role requires deep experience with inside sales activities and a strong understanding of the IT and digital services landscape. The ideal candidate will be an expert at identifying and converting new business opportunities, with a proven track record of selling complex technology services.Reporting into: Sales DirectorConversational fluency in Frenchis a significant plus.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting:Proactively identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients in the North American market through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales activities. Service Promotion:Effectively articulate and sell our suite of IT and digital services, includingdigital transformation, enterprise data migration, automation, AI services, and infrastructure services . Pipeline Management:Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring all activities are accurately tracked in our CRM system. Client Engagement:Conduct discovery calls and online presentations to understand client needs and demonstrate how our services can provide value. Collaboration:Work closely with our technical and delivery teams to create compelling proposals and ensure a smooth handover for project execution. Market Insight:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Performance Metrics:Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Required Skills and Qualifications3-5 yearsof relevant experience ininside sales , with a proven track record of selling IT services to clients in theNorth American market . In-depth knowledge of services within the IT and digital space, such asdata migration, automation, and AI . Exceptionalwritten and oral communication skillswith a clear, professional, and persuasive communication style. Demonstrated experience and comfort withcold callingand generating your own leads. Willingness and ability to work in theEST (Eastern Standard Time) time zoneto align with client business hours.
