The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our Oracle HRMS implementations through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning & Strategy :

- Develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies based on Oracle HRMS functional and technical requirements.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand the requirements and define the scope of testing.

Test Case Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for Oracle HRMS modules.

- Ensure test cases cover all functional and non-functional requirements.

Manual & Automated Testing :

- Execute manual test cases to validate the functionality of Oracle HRMS modules.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools to enhance testing efficiency.

- Perform regression testing to ensure that new updates do not adversely affect existing functionalities.

Defect Management :

- Identify, document, and track defects using a defect management tool.

- Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

- Retest resolved defects to ensure they are fixed correctly.

System Integration Testing :

- Perform end-to-end testing to validate the integration of Oracle HRMS with other systems and applications.
