Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new clients from global markets. Use various channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, and networking events, to reach potential clients.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through research, market analysis, and targeted outreach. Use CRM tools to track and manage lead interactions and follow-ups.
  • Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing calls with potential and existing clients. Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries, addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with international clients and key stakeholders. Foster trust and collaboration to drive long-term business partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand regional trends, client preferences, and competitive landscapes. Tailor marketing strategies to meet the specific needs of different global markets.
  • Campaign Execution: Design and execute marketing campaigns aimed at global client acquisition. Utilize digital marketing, social media, trade shows, and other platforms to promote the company’s offerings.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of client acquisition strategies. Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment with business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or additional certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the fashion or garment industry preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
