ZenTrade - Senior Sales Development Role

Role Overview:
As an SDR at ZenTrades, you will connect with potential clients through calls and emails, establish relationships, understand client needs, and present our solutions. Your goal is to engage prospects, build trust, and set up successful sales engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage potential clients through calls and emails.
- Understand client needs and present ZenTrades' solutions.
- Establish and nurture client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects to keep them engaged.
- Schedule meetings or demos with potential Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech).
- Experience: Has 1-3 years of experience in Outbound cold calling in SaaS based/ international sales: preferably in the North American region
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, strong listening skills.
Disciplined in cold calling, organized, and diligent in follow-ups.
You will fit right in if you have:
- At least 1 year in an outbound-focused IT cold calling, inside sales, support, or customer service role.
- Comfortable working in an agile startup environment.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, excellent listening skills, and a positive, energetic phone presence.
- Proven ability in lead generation, appointment setting, pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time management.
- Demonstrates resilience and the ability to hustle in a sales environment, maintaining a positive and spirited attitude.
- Intelligent with a strong ability to learn and grow, career-driven with a hunger to keep improving.
- Street-smart with the ability to handle stress and persist through challenges.
- Intellectually curious and driven by a need to grow both intellectually and financially.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
