In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across social platforms, YouTube, and Condé Nast brand.com sites. You’ll play a key part in campaign execution, data analysis, and performance insights to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement across all media channels.Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize performance campaigns acrosssocial media platforms,YouTube, andCondé Nast brand.comproperties. Build and set up campaigns accurately and efficiently to ensuretimely, seamless launches. Analyzeaudience data,historical campaign performance, andindustry trendsto drive actionable insights and inform client strategies. Providein-depth campaign analysisand performance reports to internal stakeholders to support sales and planning teams. Deliverin-flight optimizationsandend-of-campaign recaps, highlighting key successes, learnings, and growth opportunities. Troubleshoot and resolvecampaign or account issuesquickly and effectively while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and continuous campaign improvement.Desired Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. 2–5 yearsof experience indigital media operations, campaign management, or performance marketing. Hands-on experience managing campaigns acrosssocial platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)andYouTube. Strong understanding ofmedia performance metrics(CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM, etc.) and optimization levers. Proficiency inanalytics and reporting tools(Google Analytics, social platform dashboards, Excel/Sheets). Exceptionalattention to detail,analytical thinking, andproblem-solvingskills. Strongcommunication and presentationskills for both internal and client-facing interactions. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
