What You’ll Do
As a Senior Product Designer at 360SRE, you’ll take the lead in translating complex workflows into intuitive designs that delight our users. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
Lead User Research:
- Collaborate with SREs, engineering leaders, and DevOps teams to deeply understand their needs.
- Conduct research, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover insights and refine designs.
Create Seamless Experiences:
- Craft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for features like infrastructure dashboards, alerting systems, and workflow automations.
- Ensure that the platform is not only functional but a joy to use.
Collaborate Across Teams:
- Work closely with product managers to align designs with business goals.
- Partner with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of your designs.
Drive Innovation:
- Stay ahead of UX trends in SaaS and enterprise tools, applying best practices to our platform.
- Develop scalable design systems and reusable components for consistent, cohesive experiences.
What We’re Looking For?
- Experience: 5+ years in UX design, preferably with SaaS or enterprise tools.
- User-Centric Thinking: Proven ability to conduct research and simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
- Technical Fluency: Familiarity with infrastructure tools, cloud platforms, or DevOps workflows is a big plus.
- Design Expertise: Mastery of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a focus on prototyping and iteration.
- Collaboration: Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio: A portfolio that showcases your ability to design for technical, data-heavy workflows.
