We are constantly expanding our retail and PMS reach through fintech platforms and we require motivated, self-learning individuals to join our team and take up responsibilities.About the role:We are looking for a dynamic Sales Head AIF & PMS to lead multi-product distribution, drive sales growth, and expand our AUM across retail, HNI, Ultra-HNI, Family Office, and institutional segments. This role requires strategic leadership, strong distribution expertise, and the ability to build and mentor a high-performing sales team while deepening market presence.Key Drive overall sales strategy and GTM execution for PMS and AIF products while expanding market share and product penetration across assigned territories.- Lead, manage, and scale the sales team by building a performance-driven culture focused on coaching, clear goal-setting, and accountability.- Prospect, acquire, and engage HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, Family Offices, and key distribution partners through both direct sales efforts and third-party channels.- Strengthen and expand distribution networks by consistently engaging with Distributors, RIAs, and Wealth Managers through training, collaboration, and value-added initiatives.- Deepen client relationships and strategic partnerships while generating new business and nurturing existing accounts for sustained AUM growth.- Track market trends, competitor strategies, and investor behaviour to identify new opportunities and shape future growth initiatives.Ideal Profile:- 6-10 years of experience in asset management, wealth management, PMS, AIF, or related fields- MBA/Graduate in Finance or equivalent; professional certifications (CFP, CFA, CWM) preferred- Thorough Knowledge & Understanding of AIF & PMS and equity markets- Strong distribution network and deep channel insights- Demonstrated success in team management, AUM growth, and revenue expansion- Inspirational leader with strategic vision and execution excellence (ref:iimjobs.com)
