Key Responsibilities :


This role involves working on both the front-end and back-end of applications, collaborating with different teams, and focusing on mission-critical solutions.

Application Development :


- Develop highly efficient, reliable, and business-critical applications.

- Design and implement solutions in collaboration with development teams and product managers.

Front-End Development :


- Build appealing user interfaces and translate designs into high-quality code.

- Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of devices and browsers.

Back-End Development & Microservices :


- Design and implement microservices and infrastructure on AWS using tools like Docker Swarm and Kubernetes.

Problem-Solving and Collaboration :


- Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and work with teams to deliver them.

- Solve complex problems using professional concepts and company policies.

- Work collaboratively within the Agile framework to improve applications continuously.

Project Management :


- Work on large or complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time.

- Develop schedules and handle project updates effectively.

Subject Matter Expertise :

- Provide technical expertise on large projects, ensuring they align with business needs.

Key Qualifications :


Education & Experience :


- A Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (4+ years).


- At least 4 years of experience in full-stack development (Java, Spring Boot, React.js, etc.)

- Expertise in microservices architecture and cloud platforms like AWS.

- Proficiency with SCM tools like Git and CI/CD processes.

- Strong experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including TypeScript).

- Experience in DevSecOps methodologies.

Nice to Have :

- Knowledge of RDBMS like Oracle or NoSQL databases like Cassandra.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and large-scale enterprise applications.

Ideal Candidate :
