The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on Python development experience and a solid understanding of QA and functional testing processes.Roles & Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship high-quality software solutions.- Conduct functional testing, identify issues, and ensure application stability and performance.- Participate in QA processes, including automation, verification, and validation of code.- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.- Support release cycles and production deployments in a collaborative environment.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers (for Lead roles).Required Skills & Experience : - Strong hands-on experience in Python development (minimum 4+ years).- Good understanding of functional testing and QA processes.- Experience working in Agile environments.- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.- Valid Passport is mandatory.Preferred Skills : - Exposure to automation frameworks or scripting for testing.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SQL, or data processing frameworks.
