Position Summary :

- The Fullstack Engineering Manager will lead a team of developers to design, implement, and maintain CARD91's payment issuance solutions.

- This role is key to scaling our platform, ensuring secure and reliable transaction processing, and driving best-in-class product development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end development process to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

- Ensure timely project delivery within scope, quality standards, and budget constraints.

- Achieve and maintain 90%+ code quality standards, implementing regular code reviews and enforcing best practices.

- Optimize system performance, reducing load times and ensuring efficient database usage.

- Increase system uptime and reliability, targeting a minimum of 99.9% availability.

- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new tools and processes for productivity.

- Mentor and support team members in skill development, promoting knowledge-sharing and professional growth.

- Enhance team productivity and engagement through effective communication and collaboration.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and alignment.

- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Qualifications & Skillset :

Experience : 8 to 12 years as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Backend Expertise :


- Proficiency in Java, Node.js, and TypeScript.

Frontend Expertise :


- Skilled in JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React.

Database Management :


- Experience with MySQL, Postgres, Redis.

Front-end Languages and Libraries :


- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.

System Design :


- Ability to architect scalable and reliable systems.

Technical Best Practices :


- Knowledge of code reviews, peer programming, and agile methodologies.

Communication :


- Excellent written and verbal English skills for clear documentation and team communication.

Leadership : Strong team management skills with a collaborative, mentoring approach.
