Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Manager at Goodybag in Kochi. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading social media marketing campaigns, generating leads, analysing web data, and executing digital marketing strategies. This role allows for flexibility with some remote work.


Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and execute effective social media campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , etc.)
  • Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos
  • Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly


Lead Generation:

  • Implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients
  • Utilize digital marketing tools to capture and nurture leads
  • Track and analyse lead generation performance


Web Analytics:

  • Utilize Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to track key metrics
  • Analyse website traffic and user behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement


Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices


Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent branding and messaging
  • Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media marketing and lead generation
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Marketing is a plus
