We are hiring for our client Webcontxt.
Overview:The Project Manager (Event Tech) plays a crucial role in planning executing and managing technologyrelated aspects of events ensuring seamless integration of event tech solutions and delivering exceptional experiences for attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and of event technology requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand event goals and deliver innovative tech solutions to enhance attendee experience.
  • Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful of event tech requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and thirdparty suppliers to source and manage event tech equipment and services.
  • Oversee onsite tech setup and troubleshooting during events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans for potential techrelated issues at events.
  • Evaluate and recommend new event tech solutions to improve efficiency and deliver enhanced experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all event tech implementations.
  • Provide postevent analysis and reports to assess tech performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate event tech solutions with overall event logistics and marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management particularly in the events or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical requirements.
  • Excellent vendor management skills with the ability to negotiate contracts and oversee service delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams vendors and clients.
  • Ability to adapt to fastpaced dynamic event environments and troubleshoot tech issues effectively.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or related field is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations relevant to event tech implementations.
