Manager - Sales - Real Estate


Job Description:


- We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team at Micro Mitti in Indore.

- This full-time, on-site position will focus on overseeing real estate sales, ensuring seamless real property transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

- If you have expertise in real estate and a passion for sales, this role offers the chance to lead and manage property sales operations in a dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage real estate sales operations, focusing on commercial property transactions.

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships.

- Guide clients through the property buying or selling process, handling transactions from start to finish.

- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and advise clients on market conditions.

- Negotiate with buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders to close deals effectively.

- Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and related transactions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth property transactions and address any issues that may arise.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Strong knowledge of real estate sales and property management, particularly in commercial properties.

- Proven customer service and sales skills with the ability to deliver high-quality results.

- Experience managing real estate transactions and working with local real estate market trends.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle various client needs simultaneously.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales or Real Estate related field is preferred.
