What you will do


Lead Generation & Qualification:

  • Identify and engage potential customers to create new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Leaders and the Marketing team to develop and implement innovative strategies to target potential customers.
  • Use cold email and campaigns to generate new leads, employing creative strategies and personalized approaches.
  • Contact and qualify prospects, understand their needs and redirect them to the leadership team.


Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with Design Leaders to create high-level, compelling copy for email campaigns.
  • Develop and execute A/B testing to optimize email campaigns, utilizing screeners and hypotheses.
  • Analyze campaign metrics to refine and improve outreach strategies.

Lead Pipeline Management:

  • Manage leads through the pipeline by setting appointments, following up diligently, and tracking progress toward sales goals.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Design Leaders.
  • Report to leaders with weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.


Tech Stack:

  • Utilize technology to automate campaigns and manage leads and lead-generation activities efficiently.


Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

What will you bring along

  • 3-4 years of proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist with a consistent track record of exceeding lead targets
  • Expertise in using CRM and other sales automation software
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced lead-generation techniques and strategies
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience with high-level copywriting and running A/B testing for email campaigns
  • Creative approach to cold email and outreach
  • Comfortable with metrics and data analysis to drive campaign improvements
  • Proven ability to think strategically and develop innovative lead-generation approaches
  • A strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth in the sales field
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
