What You’ll DoLead end-to-end innovation intechnical textiles , from fiber selection to finished fabric. Developaramid, modacrylic, FR viscose , and hybrid blends forflame, heat, and ballistic protection . Translatecustomer requirements, DRDO/ISRO specs, and ISO/ASTM standardsinto scalable solutions. Overseetesting, certification, and commercializationof new product developments. Collaborate withproduction, quality, and global partnersto bring lab innovations to market. Mentor a passionate team of R&D engineers and textile technologists. What We’re Looking ForB.Tech/M.Tech/PhDin Textile Technology, Material Science, or Polymer Engineering. 6 - 8 years of experienceintechnical or protective textiles(IFR, ballistic, FR workwear, or defense fabrics). Deep expertise inweaving, dyeing, and finishing of high-performance fibers . Knowledge ofISO 15025, EN 469, ASTM D6413 , or similar international standards.
