We are seeking a Senior Heat Pump Water Heater Engineer to lead our operations in the Delhi territory. This position will oversee the following regions: Jammu and Kashmir (Union Territory), Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Delhi (National Capital Territory), Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan.

In this senior role, you will be responsible for providing resolutions to technical queries and handling customer concerns for our complete range of products, including Water Heaters, Heat Pumps, Ventilation Systems, Underfloor Heating, Space Heaters, Water Filters, and Hand Dryers. Your expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial water heating systems will ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a team focused on Technical Product Capability.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and repairs of Water Heaters, Heat Pumps, Ventilation Systems, Underfloor Heating, Space Heaters, Water Filters, and Hand Dryers.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components for premium dealers and customers where team members require assistance.
  • Coordinate spare parts tracing with the Head Office.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and provide accurate resolutions.
  • Propose Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and project consultants.
  • Continuously upgrade the knowledge and skills of team members as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of water heating systems, Heat Pumps, Ventilation Systems, Underfloor Heating, Space Heaters, Water Filters, and Hand Dryers.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to safety protocols.
