Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Curriculum Developer Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and technology, well-versed in Indian government education policies like NEP 2020, and eager to design innovative and engaging course content. The intern will play a crucial role in developing curricula that align with Defy Aerospace’s vision of fostering drone education and technology adoption in India.


Key Responsibilities:

1.Content Development:

•Design curriculum for drone-related courses, including STEM-focused programs for schools and advanced training for professionals.

•Develop instructional materials, lesson plans, assessments, and multimedia content.

2.Policy Alignment:

•Align course content with NEP 2020 and other relevant Indian education policies.

•Ensure compliance with DGCA standards for drone pilot training.

3.Market Research:

•Analyze the latest education industry trends, such as EdTech tools, gamified learning, and experiential methodologies, to incorporate into our programs.

•Provide insights into industry needs to guide curriculum development.

4.Collaboration:

•Work with subject matter experts, drone instructors, and the operations team to create impactful and industry-relevant content.

•Assist in developing co-branded courses with industry partners and universities.

5.Content Optimization:

•Design content that is learner-centric, engaging, and optimized for digital delivery through Learning Management Systems (LMS).

6.Documentation and Innovation:

•Maintain clear records of curriculum frameworks and revisions.

•Propose creative ideas for integrating technology and innovative teaching strategies into Defy’s courses.


What We’re Looking For:

•A degree or background in Education, Curriculum Design, or related fields (Bachelor’s or Master’s).

•Familiarity with Indian government education policies (e.g., NEP 2020) and the latest trends in the education sector.

•Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

•Knowledge of instructional design principles and digital tools (experience with EdTech is a bonus).

•Prior experience in curriculum development or instructional design is a plus but not mandatory.

•Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
