The role also involves training and mentoring team members, adhering to safety and quality standards, and developing seasonal beverage menus to enhance the overall guest experience.Qualifications- Expertise in Mixology, Cocktail Development, and Beverage Pairing - Skills in Team Leadership, Staff Training, and Inventory Management - Knowledge of Bar Operations and Safety Regulations - Strong Communication, Customer Service, and Interpersonal Skills - Creativity and ability to innovate with craft cocktails and presentations - Experience in managing budgets and maintaining cost controls - Professional certifications in bartending or mixology are highly desirable - Previous leadership experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred
