To fuel our growth and expand into new horizons, we’re looking for dynamic talent to join our team in Chennai as a Senior Sales Engineer.


Position: Senior Sales Engineer - Robots (Location: Chennai)


Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by acquiring and managing key accounts in the region.
  • Implement strategic business plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Position Alstrut’s value proposition effectively to meet customer needs and ensure win-win outcomes.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, translating technical requirements into actionable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree with 3+ years of field sales experience in industrial products, automation, or capital goods.
  • Hands-on experience in selling products like CNC machines, robots, vision systems, etc.
  • Understanding of discrete manufacturing processes.
