Job Opportunity: Senior Specialist - FP&A(Cost) Location:- Gurugram Experience:5–8 Years Employment Type:Full-TimeKey Responsibilities Major Focus Areas: Cost | Revenue | P&L | Forecasting | Variance Analysis | Month-End Closing | Power BI Strong understanding ofAccounting PrinciplesandUS GAAP , specifically related to revenue and cost accounting. Performmonth-end close activities , including accruals and revenue/expense reclassifications. Preparedetailed financial reportsandgraphical dashboardsto support leadership insights and decisions. Collaborate withregional stakeholdersto analyze key changes and required adjustments. Support Business Partners and Profitability teams by reviewing cost and revenue trends and identifying spend variances against plan. Deliverweekly and monthly financial reportingfor senior management. Provideaccurate financial forecastsbased on business trends and accounting principles. Identify and implementprocess improvementswithin the FP&A function. Utilize tools such asMS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI , and other analytical software for enhanced financial analysis. Experience & Skills Required 5–8 yearsof experience in financial reporting, planning, analysis, or related functions. Experience in acorporate finance environmentis preferred. Hands-on experience withfinancial and statistical software . Advanced proficiency in MS Excel(complex formulas, dashboards, automation). Ability to create and presentcomprehensive financial reports and charts . Power BIexperience is a strong plus. Education Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required. MBA / Advanced Degreein Finance preferred. Professional certifications such asCA, CPA, CFA , or equivalent are an added advantage.
